The Platform facilitates remote professional consultations between service providers and clients. Dealmagicworld acts as an intermediary platform and does not itself provide professional advice unless expressly stated.
7.2 No Guarantee of Outcomes
Dealmagicworld does not guarantee any specific results or outcomes from consultations or services accessed through the Platform. All recommendations and advice provided through the Platform are for informational purposes only.
7.3 Third-Party Service Providers
Service providers accessible through the Platform are independent parties. Dealmagicworld is not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or legality of any services or advice provided by such third parties.
8. Fees and Payments
Certain services on the Platform may be subject to fees. All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed prior to purchase. By completing a transaction, you agree to pay all associated fees. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. Dealmagicworld does not store full payment card details.
Refunds, where applicable, are subject to our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.
